The Founder
deMoor designs is the culmination of two significant careers for Founder, Ingrid deMoor Kitahata. She began her career in 1987 with graduate studies in both architecture and business at Syracuse University. Ingrid graduated with an MBA and spent the next 12 years in executive level sales and account management for Forte Software & IBM. Wanting to incorporate her passion for design with her business experience, Ingrid began to remodel and personally invest in real estate in 2000. With her early success and desire to help others, she began to work with clients to renovate and purchase homes. Ingrid works with her clients on many levels with a strong focus on design and project management.
Aside from her passion for residential remodels and real estate, Ingrid
is deeply committed to making a difference in her community. As a mother
of three children, she is actively involved in the Hillsborough Schools and
Burlingame Mother’s Club.

When needed, we call on a network of professionals to complete our team such that we can customize and deliver to your requirements.
